News is just breaking that Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price earlier today submitted a resignation letter to President Trump, and the president has accepted it.

Whether Price submitted his resignation letter on his own or was asked to do so is unclear, but one thing is certain: Trump will be able to use this fiasco as proof that he’s “draining the swamp.”
