Vladimir Putin Announces Trip to Iran amid Nuclear Deal Speculation

Russian President Vladimir Putin has not officially announced his intention to run in next year's presidential election, but he is widely expected to seek a fourth six-year term
The Russian government confirmed Thursday that President Vladimir Putin will visit Iran "before the end of this year" for a "trilateral Iran-Russia-Azerbaijan meeting."
