BREAKING: Mueller Hits Paul Manafort With New Allegations of Bank Fraud

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s prosecutors hit Trump’s former campaign Chairman Paul Manafort with new allegations of bank fraud on Friday.

Robert Mueller’s team is now focusing on Manafort’s real estate transactions and alleged mortgage fraud.

These are separate allegations from Manafort’s October charges of money laundering and failure to file a FARA form.

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s office has told a federal judge it has found evidence that Paul Manafort, the former Trump campaign chairman, committed bank fraud not addressed by the indictment last October in which he was charged with money laundering and failure to register as a foreign agent.

As legal wrangling continues over a $10 million bail package for Manafort, prosecutors this week accused him of submitting false information to a bank in connection with one of his mortgages.

“The proposed package is deficient in the government’s view, in light of additional criminal conduct that we have learned since the Court’s initial bail determination,” prosecutors wrote in a court filingsubmitted on Tuesday and made public in a redacted form on Friday evening. “That criminal conduct includes a series of bank frauds and bank fraud conspiracies.”

Prosecutors also used the word “conspiracies” in the court filing which means others may have been involved.

Further, the proposed package is deficient in the government’s view, in light of additional

criminal conduct that we have learned since the Court’s initial bail determination. That criminal
conduct includes a series of bank frauds and bank fraud conspiracies, including criminal conduct
relating to the mortgage on the Fairfax property, which Manafort seeks to pledge.

The court filing also states Manafort obtained a mortgage with doctored profit and loss statements overstating the income by one of his companies by millions of dollars:

The government
has secured substantial evidence that Manafort secured this mortgage from The Federal Savings
Bank through a series of false and fraudulent representations to The Federal Savings Bank. For
example, Manafort provided the bank with doctored profit and loss statements for DMP
International LLC for both 2015 and 2016, overstating its income by millions of dollars.

No criminal charges have been filed. Manafort has been on house arrest since he was indicted in October of 2017.

Once again these allegations have nothing to do with Trump-Russia collusion during the 2016 presidential election.

Mueller has nothing therefore he has to hit Trump’s team with charges stemming from real estate transactions or making false statements to the FBI.

On Friday, the office of Special Counsel Robert Mueller announced that a grand jury indicted 13 Russian nationals, along with 3 Russian entities, accused of “supporting the presidential campaign of then-candidate Donald J. Trump … and disparaging Hillary Clinton.”

On January 3rd, Paul Manafort filed a civil lawsuit in a DC court against Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein and the Justice Department.

The lawsuit alleges Mueller has gone outside of his scope as Special Counsel and the charges brought by Mueller have nothing to do with the 2016 presidential election.

On February 3^rd, 2018, Mueller quietly petitioned the court to throw out Manafort’s case. Corrupt Rod Rosenstein (noted recently as one individual who signed off on the FISA memos to spy on President Trump) came to corrupt bad cop Mueller’s aid.
