Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, a man who has spent decades in public service, been through six FBI investigations without a hint of controversy, was vetted by the Senate and confirmed over a decade ago to be a judge on the second highest court in the land is now being smeared as a cross between Ted Kennedy, Bill Clinton and Bill Cosby.

A new accusation, reported by NBC News Wednesday night, involves a complaint that Kavanaugh was out drinking in a D.C. area bar with friends in 1998 and made a drunken hard pass at one of the women in the group.
“When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh, shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually.”
That’s all.
NBC reported Kavanaugh denied this latest accusation in a phone call with Senate Judiciary Committee staff on Tuesday.
NBC also reported the accusation was relayed by the woman’s mother in a letter to Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO). NBC said they had received a copy of the letter.
“The sender of the complaint described an evening involving her own daughter, Kavanaugh and several friends in 1998.
“When they left the bar (under the influence of alcohol) they were all shocked when Brett Kavanaugh, shoved her friend up against the wall very aggressively and sexually.”
