A suspicious package was delivered to the New York Times building Monday evening, according to police.
CNN received another suspicious package earlier Monday amid a string of ‘mail bombs’ allegedly sent out by Cesar Sayoc.
The New York Daily News reported:
A 911 caller reported a suspicious package Monday evening at the Midtown headquarters of The New York Times, police said.
Cops responded to the newspaper’s Eighth Ave. headquarters between W. 40th and 41st Sts. at about 8 p.m. No further information is available.
