PHOTO EVIDENCE … Beto O’Rourke Supporters Spam Texans with Unsolicited Text Messages — Lawsuit Filed

- Oktober 21, 2018

When Democrats Can’t Win — They Cheat!

The Beto O’Rourke for Texas Campaign is sending out unsolicited text messages across the Lone Star State pusing their far left open-border candidate.

A trusted friend from Texas (who wishes to remain anonymous) sent two text messages his family received in the past two days from Beto supporters. This Texan told The Gateway Pundit they HAVE NO IDEA how the Beto Campaign got their phone number.

They received the text messages two different times since Friday.

Text number 2:

At least one Texan is suing the Beto O’Rourke campaign after receiving numerous unsolicited text messages.

At least one Texan is not happy about receiving text messages about Beto O’Rourke’s run for U.S. Senate.

Via The Star Telegram:

A class action lawsuit filed against the Beto for Texas campaign claims the organization sent text messages to Texans without obtaining their permission, violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

The suit, filed Friday in the Northern District of Texas Court, names Collin County resident Sameer Syeed as a plaintiff on behalf of all Texans that the O’Rourke campaign sent texts to Texans without obtaining permission.

Syeed says in the suit that, starting in 2018, he received nine texts from Beto for Texas without granting the organization permission to contact him. When he called the numbers he was receiving the messages from, he says, the calls resulted in error messages or disconnected dial tones, showing the calls came from an automated phone system.

These text messages are ALL OVER the internet now.
