Far left Democrat Representaive Jerrold Nadler, the ranking member on the House Judiciary Committee, told ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos on SUnday that if the Senate did not investigate the claims against Judge Brett Kavanaugh, including accusations of perjury, then House Democrats will investigate these charges if they take power in November.
Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY): I would hope that Senator Flake and others would not vote, would make clear that there votes would not be for the nominee unless there is a free hand for a proper investigation of these very serious allegations of these sexual assaults. We can’t have a justice on the Supreme Court for the next several decades will be deciding decisions of liberty and life and death and such things for the entire American people who has been credibly accused of sexual assaults, whose been credibly accused of various other um, uh, um various things that including perjury. This has to be investigated. I hope the senate will do so. If he is on the Supreme Court and the Senate hasn’t investigated then the House will have to.
