President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday that he was pulling US troops from war-torn Syria.
This comes after the defeat of the Islamic State in their primary stronghold.
We have defeated ISIS in Syria, my only reason for being there during the Trump Presidency.

Senator Rand Paul praised today’s news.
I am happy to see a President who can declare victory and bring our troops out of a war. It’s been a long time since that has happened. https://t.co/fEBb8080fK

This came as a surprise to many DC elites including Barack Obama.
Obama famously told the Pentagon in 2015 that the US battle against the Islamic State is a “generational struggle” that can only be defeated with “better ideas” not guns.
Then President Trump came in and bombed the sh*t out of ISIS, cleaned them out of their “caliphate.”
On Wednesday President Trump announced the job was done and US troops will withdraw from Syria immediately.
