Hmm. Apparently Ayatollah Khamenei believes Jesus Christ was a warmonger.
Earlier this week Iranian leader Khamenei tweeted out his thoughts on Jesus, that if Christ was among us today he would fight the “arrogant powers” — which is code for Israel and the United States.
That’s quite a Christmas message!
If #Jesus (pbuh) were among us today, he wouldn’t spare a second to fight chiefs of oppression and arrogance; he wouldn’t tolerate the starvation and displacement of billions of humans being pushed into exploitation, war, corruption and aggression by major powers.

More from Khamenei on Jesus.
Today many who claim to follow #Jesus walk on a path different from his. Jesus son of Mary (pbut) guided mankind to submitting to God and resisting rebellion. Today there are people who claim to follow that divine prophet, yet they run tyrannies and must be confronted.

The value of #Jesus Christ (peace be upon him) to Muslims is definitely no less than the value, worth and esteem he has in the eyes of the Christian believers.

Evidently, Khamenei has Jesus confused with Mohammad.
