Freshman Communist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (NY) on Monday refused to condemn the terrorist attack carried out by a violent member of Antifa over the weekend.
An armed Antifa terrorist was shot dead Saturday morning after trying to attack an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) center in Tacoma, Washington.
The man killed in Saturday’s terror attack on an ICE detention facility in Tacoma was identified as Willem Van Spronsen, a man with a record of attacking police during a protest at the facility a year ago.
Antifa activists claimed the attacker as one of their own.
Willem Von Spronsen was armed with a rifle and was throwing homemade incendiary devices at the ICE facility as well as trying to ignite a propane tank, according to the police.
There was a shootout that involved four officers and Von Spronsen ended up dead.
But AOC refused to condemn the terrorist attack against a US ICE facility.
“Will you condemn Antifa for the attack in Washington? It’s easy to condemn a terrorist attack, ” a reporter for Rebel Media said to AOC.
AOC continued to briskly walk away from reporters and refused to condemn Antifa.
